Posted by: Casey Combden in I ThinkI think that Randy & Michelle Collins are tremendous leaders. They have been dear friends of mine for many years and I’ve watched them grow personally and professionally to become the kind of people that I’m proud to be associated with.
Randy Collins is a strong, powerful, committed and passionate individual. Every time he speaks you can feel his heart come out through his words. He’s passionate about his family. He’s passionate about his dream. He’s passionate about his team. He’s a man’s man with the work ethic of a freight train.
Michelle Collins is the strong, silent type, her greatest gift is her ability to empathize with others. Michelle is a very private person, and when you get to know her on a personal level you find a fun and encouraging spirit. Michelle’s gifts are expressed best one-on-one, when she can look you in the eye and talk to you about your potential.
For Randy & Michelle Collins, family is everything, it is the cornerstone of their works. Randy & Michelle draw their strength from their two boys, Brad and Brandon. Their desire to provide the best possible lifestyle and the best possible example is their number one motivator. To spend time with them around her boys is truly inspiring, and when you get to witness it as I have, you know where they draw their passion from.
Randy & Michelle Collins have 100% of my trust, and certainly my vote of confidence in their leadership.

Randy and Michelle are two of the finest people that I’ve ever had the privilege to meet. From the first time that I met them, they have been a powerful inspiration, and unfailingly show a willingness to help everyone reach his/her true potential. It is their total belief in each person’s ability to achieve success and their willingness to put everything on the line to help them help themselves that makes them such gifted and awesome leaders.
I wholeheartedly echo Casey’s assessment of them as superb leaders, and feel very blessed to call them friends.

I have known Randy and Michelle for about 4 years and ditto Casey’s impressions. Randy is like a “prince” with his heart of gold and the desire to match. He is complimented by Michelle, whose warmness and willing to stop what she is doing to listen to you earns her the title of “princess”. They rule with whole heart and compassion to serve others, this is what makes for so many followers. Go Randy and Michelle…….
