To ensure that you have success in your life, work on your confidence every day, confidence is the cornerstone of all successful people.

Confidence is a separation between the ordinary, and the extra ordinary people.  Here’s an example, assuming you had two people that had the exact same talents and skills in every way, and they were both competing for a sale or a position.  The one with confidence would win every single time.

Confident people are success magnets.  They confidently expect success.  There are five things you can do to ensure that you are working on your confidence every day.  These techniques will help you increase confidence and more importantly increase others perception of your confidence on a day-to-day basis.

1.  Make eye contact…  looking someone straight in the eye is a visual cue to let them know you’re your confident.  When you’re engaged making visual contact, it forces your head to be held high, creating a visual posture that shows your confidence.  Making eye contact for the correct amount of time creates confidence in them about you, and a level of respect for them.

2.  Speak up…  don’t mumble, mumbling shows lack of confidence.  A person who’s willing to project their voice has confidence in their idea; make sure that you speak up every time you speak.  Even if you’re not quite sure, the idea is to project a look of confidence for the listener.

3.  Walk 25% faster…  walking quickly gives you the edge.  Walking quickly tells your body physiologically, that you’re excited and confident.  When people witnessed you walking quickly, they realize you’re someone going somewhere.  You give off the impression that you are confident.

4.  Be a “front seater”…  sitting in the front row, tells people your present, your confident and you’re involved.  When you sit at the back of any room, it’s a visual and mental indication of your commitment to that subject.  Confidence means you are in the heat of the action, in the front row.  Not on the sidelines, of the back row.  Come early stay late, it shows strength and confidence.

5.  Smile big…  a smile is among the most powerful weapons that the human person possesses for human interaction.  Smiling is an indication of inner peace, joy, happiness and confidence.  It lets others know that you’re pleased with yourself and you’re probably pleased with them, smiling his been one of the most powerful tools that I’ve used in negotiations for years.  Of the five quick daily techniques, smiling is the easiest, and probably the strongest and most effective tool to increase other people’s perception of your confidence.  Smiling isn’t only a tool for confidence.  It’s a tool for life!

Everyday practice these little techniques every day and watch your confidence grow.
Confidently yours, Casey Combden

    Wow Casey,
The topic on confidence. It is so amazing, this business has what no other business has, that is the ability to draw on resources and mentors to help people in everyday life.
I see people going to work in call centers here inthe Sault. Nothing wrong with call centers but to see people actually hooked up to their desk by a cord for 8-10 hours a day. a whole new meaning of being a slave to your job. having to ask for a break or if they can take their lunch.
I sent this website to some of these people not just to show them a business plan but to show them there is hope and to rebuild the confidence. The carryover from this business is true, When we are truly concerned about a person in everyday life, they will be truly interestested in the extraordinary life we have.
Best of everything Casey. You always have our support.
